Sinopec has achieved 30 million safe man-hours without any LTI (Lost Time Injury) in Uganda Tilenga EPSCC project!🎉

Located in Murchison Falls National Park, the project is delivered on local safety, environmental protection, and health regulations, with the health and safety of employees ensured and wildlife habitats well kept.🌿

To date, the company has gone through 5152 safety inspections. Health assessments for 177 employees were conducted, and the 2.51 million kilometers of safe driving were recorded, favorable reviews were received from the project owner.💓

Furthermore, the project department has built solid relationship with the local residents through participation in community campaigns such as clean-ups, tree planting, water well construction, etc.😀 #CommunityforSharedFuture

"The traditional Chinese medicine is amazing!"😃

Lately, nearly 200 Chinese and Algerian employees experienced traditional Chinese medicine treatment including massage, acupuncture and cupping therapy during a free clinic activity organized by the Chinese Medical Team to Algeria. Many employees said the treatment significantly relieved their pains in shoulder, neck and knees.💝

At the invitation of Sinopec, the Chinese Medical Team to Algeria hosts free clinic activities for Chinese and Algerian employees at the Zarzatine oil field in the Sahara Desert every year.🩺

Anji white tea is known worldwide for its unique flavor. As March and April unfold, tender new buds quietly sprout among the mountains and rivers of Anji City in Zhejiang Province, signaling the long awaited arrival of the tea season.

During this period, Sinopec employees worked with tea farmers to support harvest peaking season and boost the sales of Anji white tea. Moreover, SINOPEC has taken concrete steps to promote Anji white tea, such as establishing special supply channels for local households, providing fuels for farming machines, and sending volunteers.🌿

Today marks China's #Qingming Festival, a time for honoring ancestors and embracing the vibrant energy of spring through outings.💐

During this festival, Chinese people savor Qingtuan, a seasonal delicacy with a shiny green exterior made from glutinous rice flour and freshly extracted green grass juice, shared among family and friends.🌿

Oscar Ortiz, an employee of Sinopec Ecuador, notes a local holiday akin to the China’s Qingming Festival, known as Día de los Difuntos (Day of the Deceased). Annually, on November 2nd, the locals celebrate with specialties like Colada Morada (the traditional thick drink made with fruits, spices, and purple corn flour) and Guagua de Pan (sweet breads shaped into doll like figures) to honor their late beloved ones.
